On October 18, 2002 Daryn Mascolo of South Plainfield, NJ was awarded the New Jersey Staffing Employee of the Year by the New Jersey Staffing Alliance.

Daryn who is currently working as a temporary employee at a pharmaceutical company was awarded this honor by the NJ Staffing Alliance President, Bonnie O'Brien, at a luncheon held in December at the Woodbridge Hilton. Additionally, Daryn was given a gift certificate for an overnight stay at Embassy Suites Hotel.
Daryn met the criteria of being an exceptional representative of the staffing industry. A shining example of a staffing success story, Daryn chose temp work for the flexibility and variety of diverse and challenging assignments. Additionally, she took advantage of training offered at Bryant Staffing to launch a new career.
After being a stay at home mom for fifteen years, Daryn registered at Bryant Staffing in February of 2000. She quickly realized the benefits temping could offer in building her resume and self confidence after her long absence from the work force. Initially, she accepted a short-term entry level clerical position while at the same time practicing her Word and Excel skills at Bryant Staffing after work. After this assignment ended, Daryn moved on to a long term temp position as a Human Resource Assistant.
Presently, Daryn, has been a temporary employee for over 2 years. She has received merit increases, holiday pay and vacation pay. When this assignment does end, Daryn will have the resume, experience and qualifications needed for a successful and rewarding career.
